Faded FTP Software License Agreement

1. Grant of License. This agreement governs your use of the Faded FTP disks and computer program and materials associated with it (the 'Software'). By installing this program and/or by using the software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this agreement, do not install or use this program.

2. Copyright and Restrictions. SoSouiX retains all rights not expressly granted. You must treat the Software like any other copyrighted material, except that you may either make one copy of the Software solely for backup or archival purposes or transfer the Software to a single hard disk provided you keep the original solely for backup or archival purposes. You may not sell, rent, or lease the software to anyone or any third-party company, but you may transfer your rights under this Agreement on a permanent basis provided you transfer the license granted by this Agreement, the Software and all associated files, retain no copies and the recipient agrees to the terms of this Agreement. You may not reverse engineer, de-compile or disassemble the Software, except to the extent the foregoing restriction is expressly prohibited by applicable law.

3. Limitation of Liabilities. In no event will SoSouiX be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, economic or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Software, even if such party has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event will SoSouiXs' liability exceed the amount paid by you for the Software. Because some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitation may not apply to you.

4. Software Distribution. You may distribute the Software to other people only if you agree and meet the following conditions (A) All the files that came with this program be distributed in the same manner that came with the Software. (B) The Software will include the installation utility and the software license agreement.

5. License Agreement. If you cannot meet these requirements, you are not permitted to distribute this program and or any of its files.

6. Customer Privacy. SoSouiX does not sell, distribute, or publicize customer information.
